Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Amendly (amendly.eu), a collaborative amendment management platform operated by Amendly SAS. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Amendly you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind the organisation you represent, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of service
Amendly provides a web-based tool that allows organisations to collect, review, and consolidate textual amendments. The service is provided on a subscription basis (Free and Pro plans) as described on our pricing page.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@amendly.eu of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Amendly to upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; to resell or sublicence the service without written permission; or to interfere with the integrity or performance of the platform.
5. Intellectual property
All content you upload remains yours. You grant Amendly a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service. Amendly's own software, design, and branding remain the exclusive property of Amendly SAS.
6. Billing and payments
Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. All prices are in euros and exclude applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Amendly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
